Before you fill this form a few things you will need to know.
Drivers Entry Fee $150. (including online admin fee)
Must have AASA insurance for all Drivers, Passengers & Pit Personnel.
Yes, there is Camping in the Pits first in first served - Children under 14 are not to be in the pits during skids.
Rules and Regulations
• No driver swaps, only nominated drivers can drive their nominated vehicle
• Draws will be done before burnouts commence, if your vehicle is not out at your nominated time, you will score a DNF
• Maximum of 3 minutes to get your vehicle on the pad for your allocation
• Each vehicle is to be in the designated area for their classes round. Failure to be in the nominated area will result in a DNF result
• No alcohol is to be consumed in the pits during the event
• Drivers must be a 0.00 BAC to compete
• All body parts to remain in the vehicle during a burnout with the exception of arms
• One passenger per door per vehicle, with the exception of methanol fueled vehicles
• Methanol fueled vehicles to have one passenger only in addition to the driver
• All passengers and drivers must wear a minimum of long pants and shirts, enclosed footwear and a helmet, no nylon or synthetic clothing to be worn
• Full or open face helmet that meets or exceeds AS/NZS 1698:2006 or UN ECE 22.05 standard
• Scrutineering will be held Saturday morning until the start of the event
• No entry to the pits after 4pm
• No late nominations after 2pm on the afternoon of the event
• Only people with the appropriate wrist band will be permitted entry to pit area
• No burnouts to be done outside the competition or associated grounds where approved
• All WA road rules apply and will be policed accordingly
• Burnouts will be judged based on a minimum of 1 and maximum of 3 minutes at judges’ discretion
• Children under the age of 14 are not permitted to be passengers.
• Scoring structure to be determined by number of entrants and will be announced at the drivers brief
• Prizing structure subject to change based on driver numbers and at full discretion of Tom Price Motorsport Club
• Nominations close 5pm August 16th, nominations received after this time will incur the late nomination fee.
• This is a AASA Event, all AASA Australia Rules apply
• Camping is permitted at the track, please be mindful the club is run by volunteers, please leave the area as you found it and ensure all rubbish is put in the bins provided
• Please take all scrap tyres away with you
• All competitors must hold a one day or yearly AASA Licence
Vehicle Requirements & Rules
• All drivers seating position must have a securely mounted and approved seatbelt fitted
• All doors must have secure locking mechanisms
• The battery must be securely fastened
• The fuel tank, if not original, is to be a professional construction standard or fuel cell type and securely mounted
• Scatter shields to be fitted to all modified vehicles fitted with manual transmission
• Bonnets must be fitted and front mud guards should be fitted
• All wheels must have wheel nuts fitted and secured
• No fuel or oil to be placed on wheels, either by manual or mechanical application
• All wheel weights must be removed from drive wheels
• No dress rims or hub caps to be fitted
• A minimum tread depth should apply to drive tyres, depth can be set by organisers
